Simenstad farm offers Stone-oven baking courses for groups. Apart from the actual course about stone-ovens and bread baking, all participants are offered a welcome-to-the-farm-coffee in the farm kitchen, some sample tasting during the course and a colourfull and tastefull dinner afterwards. Upon departure, everyone gets to take home his/her own 2 freshly baked breads.
A stone-oven baking course in the old farm brewer house is a unique experience! Not only do you learn how to handle a stone oven but there is that ‘little something extra’: the history telling about live on the farm now and in the old days and the exchange of experience from the participants.
